We had an “in-house” situation this week which revolved around the 14 Members present and no visitors at all! Unfortunately our usual coffee provider was unable to attend, and so Libby supplied the necessary materials for us to make our own refreshments. Thank you Libby! The meeting was chaired by Jeremy Wood and the Guest Speaker was Roger who gave a talk on ‘How a Programme on Capital Community Radio 101.7 FM is Prepared & Delivered’. This included some background into how Roger became interested in and involved with community radio activities.
Peter Pearse was the Sergeant on this occasion, and he successfully fleeced most if not all of those present.
Frank Nathan gave an update on the response to next week’s lunch meeting, and it looks as if we’ll have about 30 people in attendance to enjoy the meal and the Guest Speaker.
