We had two guest speakers at our meeting.
 
Josh Halliday from 714 Flying Squadron and Samantha from RAISE Foundation.
 
Samantha described the activities of mentors and how they can make a big difference to the lives of children. The RAISE Foundation is looking for volunteers to become mentors. They provide children with confidence and resilience.
 
Josh discussed the benefits of joining the Airforce cadets known as 714 Flying Squadron and how it can be a pathway to joining the defense force.
